I’m Cai Randolph, founder of DealLens™, an AI-powered real estate deal intelligence platform currently in controlled beta.

My background is a mix of real estate investing, operations, regulatory leadership, and AI strategy. I’m building DealLens because I kept seeing the same problem: investors often move too far into a property before they have clearly verified the deal, the risk, the assumptions, and the funding readiness.

Right now, DealLens is focused on helping investors answer questions like:

- Is this property or lead worth my time?

- What assumptions still need verification?

- What risks should I review before moving forward?

- Does this deal look funding-ready?

- What should I do next?

We’re currently testing with a small invite-only group and keeping the scope narrow while we learn from real users.
