My name is Alex, and I'm a Master Glassmaker from Murano, Italy.
For years I've worked in a world where craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail are everything. More recently, I decided to take those same values into technology and started building software.
Today I'm the founder of Fixio, a platform designed to help home service businesses manage bookings, customer communication, reviews, and AI-powered review responses.
I'm completely new to the startup world, so I'm here to learn from other founders, share the journey, and hopefully build something that makes a real difference for small businesses.
