From dart player to founder: building VectorOS
Hey Product Hunt community, 👋
I’m Jason, founder of VectorOS - a platform built for darts players, league directors, and the communities that make the game thrive.
I’ve played darts for many years, stepped away for a while as life got busy, and recently picked it back up. Coming back to the game, I realized something: darts has passionate players and incredible communities, but the tools around the game haven’t evolved much.
So we built VectorOS.
Our goal is simple: help players Play. Practice. Compete.
VectorOS brings together:
• Player profiles and performance insights
• Match statistics and progress tracking
• Practice tools to help players improve
• League management and competition tools for organizers
We’re starting with darts, but our bigger mission is helping niche sports communities get better digital tools to grow, engage players, and create better experiences.
We’re launching soon and would love to connect with fellow builders, athletes, community creators, and anyone passionate about improving the way people play.
Excited to be part of the Product Hunt community!

The niche sports angle is the smart part here. Most tooling money goes toward the same five ballparked verticals and darts communities are left with spreadsheets and group chats. Curious how you're thinking about league organizers specifically, are they the wedge you monetize first, or is it individual player subscriptions that carries the business?
