20 years in enterprise IT, now building an army of AI agents — here's what I'm working on

Hey PH, new here, figured I'd introduce myself properly instead of just lurking.

By day I've spent 20+ years running enterprise IT (currently Director of IT at a manufacturing company with sites across North America). By night — and increasingly by day too — I've been building a small stack of AI-first products, all built around the same idea: AI shouldn't just answer questions, it should actually do the work.

Three things I'm juggling right now:

• BudgetSmart AI — a personal finance app where you add your bank accounts, credit cards, liabilities etc. AI reads your transactions, auto-categorizes every transaction, and helps you actually understand your investments instead of guessing. BudgetSmart went live in July 2026 and has some new features we just implemented including AI receipt scanner, Financial Vault, and 3 new AI agents to choose from.

• ChurchWeb Global — website hosting for churches, evolving toward a world where the client never touches WP-admin at all — they just chat with an AI agent (meet Noah) who makes the changes for them.

• Artivio AI — the "AI employee" platform underneath both of the above. Instead of one chatbot, it's a team of specialized AI agents that each own a job — one builds websites, one manages content, one handles support — working autonomously across every project I throw at it.
