Remembering complex engineering equations sucks! As a Mechanical Engineer frustrated by legacy tooling, I built a simple equation search and retrieval tool called Instant Equation. Existing online sources for equations are inconsistent, and while LLMs are powerful, they are prone to hallucination or return incorrect formulas - an unacceptable risk in engineering, where precision matters. This is where Instant Equation comes in - it enables engineers to retrieve equations on demand.
