Super excited to launch a complete WhatsApp e-commerce product using OpenAI. Capabilities: - Conversational Commerce using Natural Language - Full e-Commerce Stack - Interactive Product Menus - Rich Product Media We built this keeping in mind the millions of kirana (small mom and pop) stores in India that struggle to compete with larger competitors in tech and marketing capabilities. Most of these small stores have a WhatsApp account but they operate it manually. They talk to their customers, take orders and do all sorts of things to get more business and build a better connect with their limited customers. By automating most of this on WhatsApp using AI, we hope to help them grow faster. Thanks for trying out the product. Cheers!

This is an incredible launch, @ajinkya_shelar1! The emphasis on helping small businesses, especially kirana stores in India, is such a game changer. By integrating a personal AI assistant into WhatsApp, you're truly revolutionizing the way local shops can engage with customers. The use of natural language for conversational commerce really stands out - it makes the shopping experience so seamless! Plus, the interactive product menus and rich media features will definitely enhance engagement while driving sales. I can see this becoming a vital tool for small retailers looking to enhance their tech capabilities without losing that personal touch. It’s inspiring to see solutions that not only address pain points but also empower businesses to grow. Can't wait to see the impact this will have! Upvoted!

Sounds like a super handy tool, especially for the small stores that usually don't have these kinds of resources. Just took a quick look and it seems really useful. Congrats on the launch!
