We’re extremely happy to announce Instabug’s new products for Product Managers! At Instabug, we’ve been working hard to develop better tools to serve all kinds of mobile development teams. We value user feedback, so we’ve built In-App Surveys and Feature Request Management! 🤩 Try it out and let us know your feedback, because we value that too ;)
What if you could take your bug... and just... put it on the line.
Take the bugs out to the garden. Then ask users for their feedback ;)
When it comes to bugs, we help developers squash them. Our newly launched surveys and feature requests aim to bring a new channel for product managers to hear feedback from testers and users. We would love to hear your feedback on both our bug reporting and user-feedback products :)
This is a great idea! Surveys are an integral part of my daily work as a PM for me and my team. The UX/Flow of the rating/user-feedback feature is seamless. Keep up the great work (y)
❤️Thanks Mahmoud
thanks Mahmoud 🙏 we would love to see you using it to hear more of your valubale feedback. 🙂
Helpshift is way more better than this I think! They are using AI chatbots to boost their customer feedback system experience
helpshift is really doing a good job using AI chatbots in terms of a helpdesk and support, which is super time saving to users when they need to contact you. The use case here is different. Instabug enables you to approach users and send in-app surveys so that you can collect a specific feedback and analyze the collected data. You can find out more info about that here:
Gotcha looks lit!
Great! We would love to hear your feedback when you use it 👍🏼
Anyone else thinks putting "Insta" in the name is not a good branding strategy? It's so attached to Instagram in people's mind.
Thanks, for your feedback! Having a brand close to Instagram is tricky for sure. For us, "Insta" is a core part of our branding as it reflects the speed and simplicity of sharing a bug/feedback in the users' app to the product owners.
Thanks for your feedback! Echoing on Kamel's words as well, Insta is definitely core for us because our vision is to have "instant feedback" for developers. Let me know what you think of it ;)
Curious but annoyed that you hide any indication of pricing on the landing page..
We are sorry for that. Here is the pricing page:
Really proud that Instabug built by Egyptian guys !! Keep it up :)
Thanks Eslam 🙏🏼
Hey, looks promising. Congrats!
