Hey Product Hunt
We built Inka Booking because team scheduling tools often become expensive exactly when teams start needing the useful parts like routing, host assignment, booking visibility, shared workflows, and admin control.

Calendly and similar tools are great, but many growing teams do not need a heavy enterprise contract just to create proper team booking flows.
So we built Inka Booking as a cleaner, team-first booking workspace:
- Create public booking pages
- Route meetings across hosts
- Manage availability and notice periods
- See every customer booking in one dashboard
- Track booking counts and assigned hosts

Use it free while your team is growing
Our positioning is simple:
Enterprise booking links without enterprise pricing.
We’re launching this because we believe growing teams should get serious booking workflows before they become enterprise customers.
Would love feedback from founders, sales teams, advisory teams, agencies, and operators who manage calls across multiple people.

One thing I'd love to see is timezone-aware booking links, so when a client books from another country the slot shows up in their local time automatically. Right now I end up clarifying the time over email more than I'd like.

One thing that would make this even better is a quick way to sync bookings with Google Calendar or Outlook so the whole team can see updates without logging in. Right now checking availability across multiple hosts feels like it could get messy fast.

Built something useful here for small teams that don't need a heavy scheduling tool. One thing that would make it stickier for me personally: a way to send a short automated confirmation or reminder SMS when a booking is created or rescheduled. Most of my clients miss emails, and that small nudge would cut down on no-shows without me having to chase anyone.

One thing I'd love to see is a quick way to sync bookings with Google Calendar or Outlook so hosts don't have to manually copy meetings over. That alone would make this a no-brainer for our team.

The workspace layout feels really clean, and routing meetings to different hosts with just a drag and drop was smoother than I expected for a free tool.

Would love to see a buffer time option between meetings so hosts can prep or decompress between back to back bookings, that would make scheduling way more realistic for busy teams.

This looks really clean for small teams, honestly love how simple it is. One thing though, would be great if you could add calendar sync with Google and Outlook so bookings show up on the host's actual schedule automatically. That would save a lot of manual check-ins.
