Hyperbeam(previously known as tutturu, still kinda miss that name) is literally the best site for remote groupwatch, not only because of what it offers right now, but the future potential as well. This site started as a mean to fill the hole left by rabb.it but within a short span it has had such tremendous development that at this point almost everyone can agree that it has far surpassed its predecessor. Which is, thanks to its incredible devs and the relentless work they put behind Hyperbeam to constantly fix and improve, making it such a feature rich, user friendly site/app. Not only that, the service staffs are possibly the nicest and most responsive people i have ever met in this field. Ive been using it everyday for more than a year now and I absolutely love this site and wish it nothing but succes in future.

Amazing product: the ui is clean and nice, super easy to understand, works way better than most similar products I've tried, regular updates which adds new features and support on another level. Highly recommended if you're looking for something to watch movies/videos with friends!

Glad to see Hyperbeam going well. I've been an user of their service since almost its beginnings, +1.5 years ago. As a developer of a similar Rabb.it alternative, least I can say is that they've done a good job at managing, ranging from the technical part to the business part, a service like this one, and seems like there's more to come. Good team, good support, good product. A pretty stable and enjoyable experience. Congrats for the launch :)

Nice website! would be better if the 3 hour timeout would be increased or removed
Philip Scott
@leo15 The 3 hour timeout can be removed if you're a subscriber! Here's a giveaway link for some free premium 😊 https://hyperbeam.com/app/giveaw... PS: After your session times out you just need to wait 10 minutes to get the party started again! 🎉
Leo
@scottyfillups Alright, thanks for the reply!
Leo
@scottyfillups Do i need a credit card for the free premium?
Declan Goncalves
@leo15 Nope! You should be able to claim it as long as you have an account :)
Hasan Diwan
@declan_goncalves Is the free premium supposed to last only a week?

I have a question. I still haven't tried out the product. So, while sharing my screen on zoom and sharing a video, the video lags a bit (I have a very fast internet connection). Does Hyperbeam lag?
Philip Scott
@sayan_chakraborty2 There's a lot of reasons why screenshare can lag! One possibility is that despite having good downlink/uplink, your ISP is throttling UDP. UDP is what's used for video calling, screenshare and Hyperbeam. UDP is also used for torrenting, which is why some ISPs throttle it. How about you give Hyperbeam a shot and let us know how it goes? If you're facing issues we can look more into it 😊 Easiest way to reach us is via our Discord server, https://discord.gg/hyperbeam
Sayan Chakraborty
@scottyfillups Yes, I tried Hyperbeam. In my opinion, it's better than sharing screen on zoom. It doesn't lag. Thanks for making this great webapp. Best of luck for the future developments.

This looks epic! Congrats on the launch. What is your pricing? Is it free to use for now? Going to try it out soon.
Philip Scott
@adityasriganesh We have a freemium model! Free user sessions last up to three hours long—after your session expires you need to wait 10 minutes until you can start a new session. Premium costs $5/month and gives you unlimited session length and a bunch of other perks such as animated profile pictures and custom invite links 😍 More information about premium can be found here! https://www.notion.so/Hyperbeam-...
Hey guys, I have been using Hyperbeam for about two years now since its earliest inception and it's only gotten better. I would highly recommend using it as its priced really fairly, you can always contact the members directly or join their discord to discuss features and recommendations as well as interact with them. If you have a group of friends this is definitely the app to use.
