Hey PH! 👋 I'm Christian, the maker of HybridX. Quick backstory: I spent years powerlifting (hit a 300kg deadlift), then decided to train for a marathon. The problem? Every app I tried was built for one or the other. My running app had no idea I squatted heavy yesterday. My lifting tracker didn't care about tomorrow's long run. So I built what I needed. HybridX uses AI to generate weekly training plans that balance both. It manages interference between sessions (heavy legs today = easier run tomorrow), tracks combined load, and adapts when life gets in the way.
