Hi Product Hunt,
I'm Rennie, founder of Huntr, a tool to help organize and manage your job search. It's been over 4 years since our original launch. Back then, Huntr was a side project I tinkered on during weekends while I worked a full time job in Vancouver. That small project has taken me on an incredible journey that turned into a profitable bootstrapped business along the way.
I'm proud to say that our tool has now helped over 140k job seekers organize their search. Our enterprise product, Huntr Advisor (https://huntr.co/advisors), is being used by over 60 educational and career focused organizations around the world, providing them tools to gain insight into their job seekers’ outcomes.
We've shipped many new features since our last launch, including:
🌎 A job discovery engine that aggregates opportunities from hundreds of employers, resulting in millions of job posts
📥 Ability to save searches from our discovery engine as feeds
🤖 Automatic job extraction for thousands of job search sites through our chrome extension
📱 Native iOS and Android apps
🧑 Contact management features
📅 Improved activity/task-management features
📊 Job search metrics that keep you informed about your performance
🔗 Ability to share your Huntr board with friends and family
🏢 Huntr Advisor, our enterprise product for organizations helping large groups of job seekers find jobs
This journey would have not been possible without the incredible support from the Product Hunt community, who provided the much needed motivation that kept me going in those early days. So thank you all!
Rennie

Huntr was extremely useful in organising my job search, and saved me significant stress when I was in a time crunch due to immigration. It probably net me tens of thousands of pounds more in the final offer, by allowing me to effectively manage 40+ prospective companies in different interview stages.
I wholeheartedly recommend it, and will gladly use it again for my next search.
@danielkza Thank you for sharing, Daniel! Awesome to hear that we were able to help you in your search. This is why we do what we do :)

Until now I was using excel and Airtable to track my jobs. This will be so much smooth. Definitely gonna give it a try.
One small suggestion regarding free tier, why not add limited contacts there? So free user can get a gist of all the features
Hey @rajfidence1, thanks for the feedback! We do actually give you a couple free contacts to try it out, we just don’t have that up on the pricing section :/ Will make sure to add it in.
I've used Huntr during job searches the last few years and what I love about it is it gives me insight into the analytics of my search. E.g. I know that if I apply to 10 jobs, I'll get 2 interviews. This gives me an idea of what goals I should hit in a week.
An amazing product that saved so much time in my job hunting process and took the stress out of organizing and updating where I was in the process. The ability just add a job from the jobsite was a life send as well.
I remember using this in my first job search and the disappointment of it no longer being available during my second. Whenever that third search comes, I plan on utilizing Huntr once again!
Looks nifty, great way to organise yourself in the midst of a job-search which can sometimes be overwhelming when lots is happening and you don't have enough time to categorise things neatly in some spreadsheets. Good thinking!
Job hunting is a full time job itself, and if you’re really working at it, there’s a lot to juggle and keep straight. I used this in my last job search because I needed something to help me keep track of what companies I applied for and who I had heard from. With the complex interview processes we go through these days, Huntr was essential.
