We cut our cloud bill by 70%

Most devs I talk to are quietly overpaying AWS or GCP. Not by a little but by a lot.

We've been building Huddle01 Cloud for a while now and honestly, the pricing difference is wild. Same bare-metal performance, global edge infrastructure with sub-100ms latency, no egress fees, no hidden markups.

What's everyone paying for cloud compute right now? Curious if others have found good alternatives.

one thing that often gets overlooked in these conversations is engineering time. Saving money on infra but spending weeks maintaining or debugging it can cancel out the gains. The balance between cost and operational effort matters a lot.

A lot of companies only start optimizing cloud costs after they hit a certain scale. Early on, speed matters more than efficiency. once bills cross a threshold, that is when alternatives like this start getting serious attention.

amazing point, but while building Huddle01 Cloud we made sure the balance of cost and speed is managed the whole stack is controllable by CLI or Terraform without any major changes in your arch

we moved many companies off of GCP and AWS and got a lot of real life idea on how to do it

70% off your cloud bill is insane, that’s the kind of number people don’t believe until they see the invoice. No egress fees + bare-metal performance at that price is a serious flex. What kind of workloads have you seen the biggest savings on so far?

we give egress free and use NVMe storage so every major drone company is using us now for all the ML things they run on videos right now - so if its storage and bandwidth heavy Huddle01 Cloud is the best

I can't unveil the actual invoice amounts, but every major cloud provider is providing recommendations about more efficient resources usage, so I'd strongly advise keeping an eye on it - that's what we're doing as well

yeah if you manage the billing recommendations well you can decrease your costs by a lot - but not 70% if you move to Huddle01 Cloud
