Hey PH! 👋 Payroll software pricing is a mess — most review sites show outdated numbers, and "best picks" often reflect affiliate deals rather than actual product quality. HRPay Pick verifies pricing directly from vendor pages and records the date of each check. When prices change (and they do), we update. We also evaluate tools by specific use case: a restaurant with tipped employees needs different software than a 5-person startup with international contractors.
