I built a private finance app for Airbnb hosts and co-hosts (solo, iOS + Android) After a few years co-hosting short term rentals, the part that kept breaking was never the guests or the cleaning. It was the money. Every month it came down to the same messy question with my co-host: what do I owe you this time? Our spreadsheet kept falling apart, we each remembered the fee split differently, and reimbursements got tangled up with fees. So I built HostBook. It tracks real profit per listing and works out exactly what each co-host is owed, then produces a clean statement you can hand to an owner. It is private by design, everything stays on your device with no account required, and it works in currencies the big tools ignore like AED, SAR and LBP alongside USD, EUR and GBP. I am a solo founder and shipped it on both iOS and Android. Free to start, with a paid tier when you outgrow the limits. To be upfront: it is not a channel manager and it does not auto import bookings. It is fast manual tracking that replaces a spreadsheet, and I have tried hard to keep it honest about that. Would love feedback from other makers, especially on the onboarding and the co-host flow. Happy to answer anything about the build too. App Store: Google Play: The method behind it:

finally something built for the messy co-host split math we all do in spreadsheets. the on-device data thing is a nice touch, would love to see how the statement export holds up across currencies.
