Can smartphones become useful infrastructure instead of just consuming cloud services?

We use our phones every day to consume cloud services, storage, bandwidth and computing power.

But what if millions of smartphones could also contribute resources back to the network?

That’s one of the ideas behind HORNO Network.

We’re exploring how everyday devices, including Android phones, can participate as nodes by contributing available storage and receiving rewards for helping power a distributed infrastructure.

Instead of infrastructure belonging only to large datacenters, part of it could come from devices people already own.
