Horizon doesn't, for most of it: Markets, Cyber, Disasters, Sanctions, and Space weather are all scored from fixed, public thresholds (GDACS, NOAA, OFAC/UN sanctions lists, IODA, IMF PortWatch) an LLM only picks and summarizes the day's actual world/geopolitics events, nothing else. keeps a real daily archive with dated pages (not a feed that scrolls away and disappears), publishes a public RSS feed, works in both French and English.
