Drag windows to screen edges to snap them into place. 17 keyboard shortcuts for halves, thirds, quarters. Create profiles for different workflows — Coding, Design, Research. Each gets its own apps, layout, hotkey, and session. Assign profiles to Spaces for auto-switching. Save window positions and restore them tomorrow.

Hey! I'm Royal, and I built HopTab because I was tired of juggling three apps to manage my Mac workspace. I was using CmdTab/AltTab to switch apps, Rectangle to snap windows, and manually dragging things around every morning. Cmd+Tab shows 20 apps when I only care about 4. Rectangle doesn't know about my workflows. Nothing saved my window positions between sessions. So I built HopTab — pin your apps, Option+Tab through just those, drag or keyboard-snap windows, and organize everything into profiles. Switch to your "Coding" profile and your IDE, terminal, and browser snap into position. Save the session, restore it tomorrow. The community feedback has been incredible — there's a great discussion on Hacker News (https://news.ycombinator.com/ite...) that shaped a lot of the features in this release, including drag-to-snap, custom layouts, and the Pro automation features.
