I ve seen people with big audiences still land in the middle, so I honestly don t understand how much of this is preparation and how much is just luck.
If you ve launched before, would you ship anyway? Or spend time building some momentum first?

Is it:
Mostly oral stories that get forgotten over time? Scattered documents and photos? A proper family tree somewhere online? Or nowhere just something you mean to do one day ?
