Major issues here. At this point I feel like this may be a scam. I wish I could post screenshots of the emails I’ve gotten back in response to my complaints and concerns. I will share them with anyone interested in them. Let me elaborate on my experience with Hone Health. I signed up online on August 7th, 2021 and paid 45 dollars for the initial testing. I sent my labs back and soon had a scheduled appointment online with a doctor who said my levels were low and diagnosed me with low t. At this point (September 7th, 2021) I was told I needed additional labs (everyone must have these confirmatory labs to receive medication) and that I must pay 120 dollars for my monthly membership, 80 dollars for the new labs, and that when the labs came back I would be charged 45 dollars for medication. At this point I’ve paid hone a total of 245 dollars and expect to soon pay 45 dollars for medication. I sent the labs in mid September and by the end of September I was concerned. I contacted Hone and was given a 60 dollar refund (50% off the membership fee) since I cannot receive any medication still and told they are dealing with other a high volume of customers but that the labs had arrived September 28th and that within 3-5 business days I would have the results and be able to order the prescribed medication. So I wait 10 days and still have no results and still cannot order the medication so I again contact hone to find out what happened. They don’t answer the phone and only let me leave a message (due to “high volume” again) so I send another email and receive the exact same email I received on September 28th but this time from another representative who now says my labs arrived on October 7th and that I’ll have results and be able to order medication within 3-5 business days. Today my monthly membership fee came due again and hone takes another 120 dollars out of my account!!! So now I’ve made a $45 payment for the first test, two $120 payments for the monthly membership fees for September and October, and one $80 payment for the confirmatory test and I still haven’t been able to even order the medication! Two months into this experience I’ve spent $365 and been refunded $60. And been told by two different representatives that the same lab I sent in arrived on two different dates and to wait 3-5 business days both times. This company has lied to me on at least one occasion about when the lab I sent arrived. Today I’m canceling the card I used to sign up before I get cheated out of any more money. I’ve asked them for a total refund or at least a refund of the monthly membership fees until I can actually receive medication but gotten no response. Don’t get scammed like I did! Even if you do eventually receive medication you’ll pay at least $165 dollars a month for medication and medication and 45 dollars for you first lab and 80 dollars for the additional labs. At this point it’s cheaper to go to an actual clinic. If I don’t receive medication within a week I’m going to have to report this a fraud and get the credit card company to refund me. Very disappointed. This is not what was advertised!

My husband has been using Hone since it was Peak. Their service changed his life, and I'm not kidding. It was amazing and I hyped them to everyone. I raved about how they saved him. Everything was going so well and we rarely had any issues. About 3 months ago, his prescriptions started getting delayed. He would have to call and call, and after pushing he would finally get a resolution. 3 weeks ago, his prescriptions didn't come. He called, they said they were being held up in the pharmacy and they would try to fix it. He has called and emailed over 10 times in the last 3 weeks, and all they tell him is "we are sorry, we don't have a resolution for you". So he went from having his life back, to right back where he started a year ago. They took our payment for the prescriptions, a week before Christmas, but we haven't received them and have no answers as to when we will. They refunded half of his monthly membership for "his trouble", but still have zero answers or any sort of explanation. I'm actively seeking a new service, because this is not ok. He pays a monthly fee + the prescription cost, so you would think the monthly fee could or would cover some level of effective customer service, but I guess not. If you look at the reviews on Trustpilot, we are not alone. Others are having the same issue, so it's not a one off or just an oversight. If you're looking for hormone replacement therapy, I have to be honest and tell you to look somewhere other than Hone. If someone would like to contact me and fix this, I'd be happy to reevaluate that statement, but for now- it's so bad, I want to give you a 0, but I can't, so I'm giving you a 1.

My test results were false. I was given seriously low testosterone results, and extremely high estrogen results, and advised to immediately start heavy hormone treatments. I went to another lab for independent verification, and I was completely 100% normal across the board.
