Home - The easiest way to collect money from a group, all visible

TableCash is a group fund app — the easiest way to collect money from a group of friends, family, or teammates. One person creates a table for the trip, group gift, or team dues. Everyone chips in by card; the money lands directly with that one trusted organizer through Stripe (TableCash never holds it). The whole group sees the balance, who chipped in, and what leaves. Unlike Splitwise it collects real money upfront; unlike Venmo everyone can see it. Free on iPhone & Android. US, 18+.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built TableCash after watching the same thing ruin every group trip and group gift I was part of. One generous friend fronts the money. Then they spend three weeks as an unpaid bill collector, texting people they actually like about $80. Two things I figured out along the way: 1. Group money doesn't fail in the transfer. Venmo moves money fine. It fails in the memory. Eight private payments to one person means one person keeping the books in their head, chasing everyone alone, and eating whatever never shows up. 2. An RSVP is not a commitment. A payment is. Every group plan collapses because "I'm in" costs nothing to say and nothing to break. Your headcount was never real. But a friend who put in $60 has answered a very different question than a friend who tapped a thumbs up. The payment IS the RSVP. TableCash fixes both at once. One person creates a table for the trip, the gift, the team dues. Friends chip in by card to lock in. The money lands with that one trusted organizer through Stripe (we never hold it), and everyone at the table sees every dollar: the balance, who's in, what the organizer approved out. Nobody chases anybody, because the list everyone can see does the reminding. Nothing gets booked on promises, because the plan is exactly as big as the money on the table. It's not a wallet, not a bank, not P2P. One trusted organizer, full transparency. Think Splitwise's ledger plus GoFundMe's payment model. Free on iPhone, US, 18+. If you've ever tried to collect money from a group and ended up being the one stuck chasing it, I want your honest take. Tear it apart.
