Congrats on the launch! Loved the design. Just curious, the email sequences are one way. How can I hold conversations with the candidates after they respond?

Thank you . It's not just limited to Email sequences though. We've added multi-channel support so you can add SMS, InMail in your sequences as well. After someone replies, we automatically keep on updating a Mini-ATS (Google sheet) for you so you can easily track all candidates in your Pipeline. We can definitely help even after a candidate replies as well. We have a whole team at Weekday which specialises in doing initial screening calls for you so you can just focus on interviewing great candidates :)
