HireRank - Hold recruiters accountable for the reputations they deserve

Hiring isn't easy, but it shouldn't be hard on candidates. HireRank was started because we got tired of hearing so many of the all-too-familiar stories about what people go through when looking for their next role. From getting ghosted, to spam calls and texts, to recruiters who have no idea what they're talking about or worse. The hiring industry has been operating without oversight. This is bad for everyone, and people who suck at hiring either shouldn't get to do the hiring, or they should be given the opportunity to get better. We believe the first step in fixing what is ostensibly a culture, people, and accountability problem... is to hold recruiters accountable, whether they like it or not.
