Have been using the product for about a month. We didn't really have a hiring process in place, however this new product helped us streamline the decision making. Also, with the added video feature, it saves us time as we can understand better whom we want to move forward with.

Pros:

Better sense of the applicant. Better understanding of their interpersonal skills

Cons:

Have not encountered any problems so far while using it. It's been a great add.

Looks exciting, nice job! So, how does it works? Like if I provide questions, and let's say the candidate answered them. What will I be getting afterward, like the video recording of the candidate?

Hey Mukul! Yes, exactly! You'll get the list of the candidates with their video responses and other details. You can then comment and review the responses with your other team members.
Typeform and hireflix both have a solution for that :) gonna check how you put up against them :D
