Using the Pipedrive CRM with the remote team, we kept running into situations we wanted to quickly discuss things and ended up pasting links into our team chat or creating noise in deals and contacts with notes that were actually just quick messages.
So we created a team chat app to run directly in Pipedrive. Always there on the page. Easy to use. No clutter. Using @-mentions to quickly get someone into the conversation when needed.

Have you considered adding a quick way to convert a chat message into a Pipedrive activity or task right from the conversation? It would save a lot of context switching for teams that need to log follow ups immediately.
@utku1074360 Thanks for the suggestion, Yes, we are considering that. To do this correctly in an automated manner will require using AI. We're looking at different ways to add this.
