Hi! I'm Maarten Wolzak, creator of HeyOffice! Using the Pipedrive CRM with the remote team, we kept running into situations we wanted to quickly discuss things and ended up pasting links into our team chat or creating noise in deals and contacts with notes that were actually just quick messages. Have you considered adding a quick way to convert a chat message into a Pipedrive activity or task right from the conversation? It would save a lot of context switching for teams that need to log follow ups immediately.
