Be honest, how long does it ACTUALLY take your team to ship a landing page?

I keep hearing wildly different answers from teams at different stages. Some say a day. Others say two weeks because design, copy, approvals, and dev cycles stack up. I am trying to understand the real bottlenecks teams face when shipping something as simple as a landing page. Curious to hear how things actually work inside your team.

What’s your no-code stack for building landing pages?

I asked Reddit about their stack for building LPs fast and got some dev-heavy answers like:

I have built a little AWS system that deploys astro, cognito, codebuild, appsync (for backend forms/processing), api gateway (for astro ssr), s3, iam, and you can drop in any astro template in the "website" folder. It does the DNS, SSL, cloudfront, routing, pretty much everything. All it needs is the r53 zone ID.

That takes about 15 minutes to deploy, start to finish. After it's deployed, developers just git push to trigger deploys. From there it's just a bit of claude code time to whip it into something better. I've done multiple in under 4 hours start to finish in just the last couple of months.

Curious to see what kind of no-code tools others are using to build LPs for their PH launches.
