HerScope - AI that helps women understand their bodies.

by
Herscope brings together something women haven’t had before: a single place where all their health data, cycle logs, symptoms, sleep, wearables, labs, and exported app data, can be interpreted together, not in isolation. Unlike tracking apps that only collect data or wearables that only show charts, Herscope uses AI to connect the dots across a woman’s symptoms, cycle, and lifestyle patterns to surface insights that actually make sense.

I was inspired to build Herscope after seeing so many women in my life feel dismissed or confused about their own health, even when they tracked everything, symptoms, cycle changes, sleep, labs and still couldn’t make sense of how it all connected. Most health research is centered on men, most apps focus on tracking instead of interpretation, and almost no tools help women understand why they feel the way they feel. The core problem I’m trying to solve is the gap between raw health data and real clarity. My approach evolved a lot during this launch. I started by imagining a simple trend-explainer, but after talking to users, testing on TikTok, and reviewing early feedback, it became clear that women didn’t need more data they needed meaning, patterns, and personalized insight. That shifted the product from a tracker into a holistic interpretation tool: something that imports their existing data, reads their symptom history and documents, and uses AI to translate everything into understandable insights and questions they can take to a clinician. The process taught me to build with users, not for them, and to focus on clarity, safety, and empowerment at every step.
