Herald is by far the easiest way to collect and organize customer feedback I could find. We've been using it for ~8 months now and are super happy with it. My favorite feature is that you can save feedback from anywhere with just ⌘+⇧+Y Great product. :-)

We've been using it for a while. It's a great tool to keep all the feedback centralized and make sense of it. Love the pace of development and the team is super responsive.

@nick_gudumac Thank you Nick! It's been so great being able to help your team. Excited to see it grow in the past couple months, looking forward to helping you solve new challenges in this realm as they arise!

This is a great solution we've been using for the past few months and really helped us collect better feedback.

It's a great tool and presentation! I am unsure about one thing. Does it also provide a replacement for something like usersnap.com?
Nilkanth Patel
@rkarmani Hi Raj, thanks for the kind words! One difference is that we are not as focused on customer-facing feedback widgets. While we do have a customizable public portal that you can use to expose your roadmap and collect feature requests, we don't currently offer embeddable forms to get feedback from your app. Our focus is more so on internal feedback collection/organization, coming from channels like Zendesk or Intercom or Front. Happy to answer any other questions or do a product walkthrough if you're interested—just reach out (nilkanth@heraldhq.com).

What I really love with Herald is how easy it is to get my colleagues to collect feedback from client, and at the same time closing the loop with reporting back when integrating with Clubhouse. Also, the founders are super agile and really listens to needs and feature requests

@adam_hjort1 Thanks to your team for being terrific launch partners for Herald! It's been great learning about how your product and customer teams collaborate and using that model to help us fine tune new features for larger companies. You've directly influenced many of them, most recently our Zapier integration.

We've been using Herald for a while now. I absolutely love it, and so does the rest of our team. We used to collect feedback into a different tool, but that was mostly the end of it, it needed a lot of effort to make it actionable, and our engineers still didn't have enough visibility into user feedback. Herald makes it easy in two ways: - Top notch experience when collecting the feedback, categorizing it during ingest - Good interfaces to spread it around the company - mostly a weekly summary email and slack integration (which pushed the insights to a channel)
