Hey! I'm Yacine, founder of Helpcube. Why did I create Helpcube? I used to work within a classical BPO (nb. outsourcing) company and I became more and more frustrated by seeing us failing to offer good solutions to small and medium enterprises. At the time, I realized SMEs were the least beneficial to our service because tailoring solutions for them was budget-difficult. Eventually, I had the opportunity to meet with Robin from Many Pixels and realized that productized service was the key to provide a successful service. A few months later, an MVP of Helpcube was live, and our firsts clients were served.
