The product looks nice and useful, but sad that there is no free tier for early-stage startups.
appreciate your comment. We try to keep our prices as low as possible so that any startup or small business could afford HelpCrunch. With that said, we might come up with a special startup plan in the future :)
I mean for startup w/o revenue yet, would be nice to have 3 month free tier with limited amount of transaction. I think if startup failed, founders spend less money on validation, if success happens, people will upgrade to paid plan.
