HelpaDeal was born from the observation that personal security is too often passive. Citizens hope that in case of danger, someone will come to help them, but no mechanism exists to effectively mobilize people already on the scene. Until now, no system has been able to activate this human potential or recognize this civic commitment. Faced with this reality, HelpaDeal was designed to turn this passivity into collective action.
