Best diary app I've ever used! Great design with wonderful ideas! Thx Kevin Cao!

Thanks so much for your support @jenny_owens! We actually have been considering developing the Android version for a while. We'll definitely go towards that direction in the future!

So I just did a quick dive, so I may be missing it, but I don't think so.
What I don't see but would love to, as it is missing from all of the other Journaling apps I have tried (Day One, Momentum coming to mind)
Is the ability to create a SHARED journal. This can be an incredibly useful feature, and an incredibly effective way at increasing the number of users! This could be used for couples, for team members, for study groups, for so many reasons.
So @griddiary I would love to know if this is a feature I am missing, (I'm a poor nonprofit founder so Im locked to one notebook for now.. unless you're feeling generous and would like to reward my input with a donated upgrade...haha!) or if it is implemented in the paid version, or if it is on the roadmap.
The competition lacks this feature, and If you implement it I think it would really help set you apart even further than the incredible design and guided interface already serve to.
Thanks for bringing this up @jasonjoseph! You were not missing it. We are currently focused on individual use and don't support sharing journals with others. But we do want to develop this feature in the future and think it would be a great opportunity. Thank you so much for your feedback!

@nora_shentu excellent. Dont make light of it You are staring down the barrel of the ONE feature missing from ALL of your competition.
Collaborative anything in this day and age is essential.
You could see a tremendous growth spurt by implementing this feature. I hope you fast track it because it is literally like leaving money on the table.

I downloaded your app. Could you tell me where mindfulness is?
Hi @tatsuro_ueda! Thanks for asking! After communicating with many users, we believe that sitting down and reflecting every aspect of your daily life by answering the prompt questions is a process of mindfulness. It can help you clear up your mind, organize your thoughts, set your life goals...Also, personally, I enjoy reviewing all the entries I wrote in the past. I think there's a calming power in keeping a diary! ❤️
I used Grid Diary 1.0 and was impressed and early impressions of GD2 are good!
Check it out if you're looking for a prompt-based journal application!

I have been using the original version of Grid for some time now and Grid 2 is an imp improvement over what was already a great product. I use it to set goals in all facets of my life and it has helped me to look at my goals for body, mind , spirit and relationships as well as ordinary daily tasks. I have just started the new version but am anxious to continue to tailor it to my needs and to explore the new features.

It's enough.
Pros:It gives you power to customize your diary as you want. And then reflect on a bunch of parameters to become a better person.
Cons:Still can't delete built in prompts.
