The $25 Challenge: what can an agent build before the meter stops?

I added a build challenge to gremlord for people who want a constraint tighter than "ship something this month."

The constraint: build something real with an agent and keep the measured build at $25 or less.

To enter, run `gremlord cost --receipt --since YYYY-MM-DD` from your build start date and post the receipt with what you made. Local models count through hardware-tier x active-runtime accounting. Entries close Sep 17 at 23:59:59 UTC. Founder's pick gets a $25 bounty, with a separate community leaderboard.
