I few years ago, when I was between jobs and reflecting on what's important to me, I created a little framework for myself to compare opportunities.
I asked myself: What makes a job great? I landed on two dimensions: It has to be impactful and fulfilling, with six criteria each to assess them.
I have now turned a framework into a tool that everyone can use. As a way to compare new opportunities, or to simply check your current job against your baseline expectations.
