AI is quietly standardizing the language teams use to describe work
by•
Not through policy.
Through necessity.
If you can’t explain it clearly,
you can’t delegate it to an agent.
Over time, vague language disappears.
Shared vocabulary emerges.
Work becomes more legible.
AI isn’t just changing execution.
It’s changing how teams talk.
Curious to hear from this crowd :
What term or concept became clearer once AI entered your workflow?

Personally, "good enough" changed meaning for me. AI doesn't guess what I mean. I had to define quality, success and edge cases. That clarity carried back into human teamwork and removed a lot of silent misalignment.

@fatima_sarki That’s a powerful example. “Good enough” only works when humans fill in the gaps. Agents remove that ambiguity and force quality to be explicit. Once defined, that clarity naturally carries back into human collaboration.
