GoSquared is such a slick service. It looks great and it focuses on showing only what I need to see. The real-time view of visitors and built-in live chat are perfect for us right now and automation feels like a really useful addition that we're going to start exploring soon.

Those of you who have known of GoSquared in the past will know we've always been great at helping you understand your users – we release People Analytics on ProductHunt several years ago as the best way to understand and segment your user base. Automation is the next logical piece of the puzzle – so you can now engage your users in-app and via email all in one place. We know a lot of folks have been frustrated that other players in this space continue to change (and increase!) their prices, and it's giving a lot of founders BIG headaches trying to see if there is an alternative. We hope you'll like GoSquared Automation – and the rest of the platform – and if you have any questions or suggestions, we'd love to hear them!
