We've been using GoRetro for a few months now and it's been super helpful for running our retrospectives and tracking our action items. We are also looking to explore their Sprint Monitoring and Capacity Planning functionalities to facilitate our entire Scrum process and make our Sprints the best they can be. Noa was especially amazing in helping us get everything set up and continuing to educate us on the new features GoRetro is rolling out. Great product all around!

GoRetro has done it again! As a user of their previous tool, I was already impressed by the effectiveness of their remote team retrospective solution. But now, with the launch of their new sprint management tool, they have taken things to a whole new level! The fact that GoRetro has listened to their users and expanded their product offerings to cover the entire sprint process is amazing. With features like the collaborative and effective retrospective meetings, the capacity calculator, planning poker, and sprint monitoring, GoRetro has given teams the tools they need to streamline their workflow, increase productivity and ensure that they deliver value on time. The new version of GoRetro offers a comprehensive solution for teams to effectively manage their sprints, making it a must-have tool for any organization that wants to be successful in their software development projects. I'm excited to see what other useful tools they have in store for us in the future! Questions for the team: What was the biggest challenge you faced while creating the new version of GoRetro? Are there any plans to expand the features of GoRetro to cover other areas of software development beyond sprints?

first of all thank you so much for the amazing review! The biggest challenge building a self serve product in my view is how to add more value, yet remain SIMPLE. Having a simple retro tool is (relatively) easy, the product has one goal. Expanding it to more use cases and keep the onboarding and value realization simple is a huge challenge. The next feature we are working on is the Task Assignment tool that enables auto assign tasks to people and provides data driven insights on the quality of your planning.
Talking about doing retrospectives right! So much under the hood and perhaps sprint retrospectives CAN be fun? :)

they definitely can be! The key is to keep it creative, fresh and think outside of the box. And with a tool like GoRetro you can achieve that pretty easily.
