Right now, the calculator focuses on the core math—calculating the baseline principal and interest based on the input rates. Since tax laws, PMI, and local fees vary heavily by country and region, it doesn't automatically calculate country-specific taxes yet.
However, I am already working on adding country presets (like US, UK, and others) so users can toggle local tax structures and get exact cross-border results!

To keep the calculations accurate, the current setup uses standard amortization formulas based on universal mathematical principles for principal and interest. However, since tax rules and specific localization terms vary heavily across borders, I am currently working on adding regional presets (like US, UK, etc.) so users can get even more localized results.

Love that there's a free suite like this without a paywall gating the basics. One thing that would make it way more useful for me is adding a loan amortization schedule export to CSV or PDF, so I can hand the numbers to my accountant without manually copying them out.

Nice that everything loads instantly and the loan calculator doesn't ask for an email. The SEO section felt a little bare compared to the financial tools, but overall a solid little toolbox to bookmark.
