Why another weather widget? IMHO the available options mostly exist at two ends of the spectrum: Either too simple or overcomplicated. The ultimate purpose of any weather app should be to help you plan your day. But does a single rainy cloud icon mean rain all day or just a quick shower 6 hours from now? Do you need an umbrella for a quick trip to the grocery store or not? At the same time, even the most information-packed diagram is unhelpful if it's too complex, because you won't even bother trying to decipher it. This widget is an attempt at striking a better balance. The goal is to present all the important information while maximizing readability through minimalist and intuitive design. The timeline answers the three questions you really care about: How is the weather right now, today, and tomorrow - hour-by-hour? Large, easy to read digits display the temperature range for each time span but the color scale conveys an intuitive sense even before you actually read any numbers. Similarly, the background color acts like an artificial sky: blue means sunny, gray means cloudy. No explanation needed, really. If you give it a spin you'll also notice that ease of use was strongly favored over endless configuration options. Setting the location is all that's needed. So now I'm really curious to see if any Hunters here share the same priorities and might hopefully enjoy this widget. Thank you!
