GitHub - From grep to graph — code intel via MCP

Most code-context tools lock you to one IDE. code-lens-aI is MCP-native — Claude Desktop, Cursor, Codex, Cline, any agent. Goes beyond grep + embeddings: Leiden communities surface real architectural subsystems with spine files. impact_analysis returns a verdict ("Risky: 11 callers, 3 subsystems"), not a data dump. generate_wiki ships a structural skeleton in one call. Incremental, git-aware: 2900-file repos re-index in 1.5s. Open source, runs locally on Neo4j + Docker.

I'm Mar. I built code-lens-aI after watching Claude in Cursor burn 30+ tool calls (cat, ls, grep, repeat) every session, just to figure out what my codebase actually was. Every onboarding repeated itself. Every wiki request became an exploration. So I built the structural index those agents should be calling instead.
