Hi Guys. I'm Aaron, co-founder of GitBook (publishing platform this awesome book was published on). Let me know if there are any questions that I can answer here.
I'm the one who hacked this book together after finding GitBook yesterday :) Love the platform/idea, and the ebook editor is just awesome/simple to use (as is the website). Made it very easy to produce something quickly and very easily that was formatted nicely in all major formats!
could you fix the link ? thanks

Unfortunately the author, switched the book to private due to some comments made on Hacker News and Twitter
Aaron - notice that you have been publishing a number of books on the site (did you not have tweetstorms yesterday?). How do you think of content to publish? Are you reaching out to folks to encourage them to publish? We think a lot about reading / curating here .

Great question! We simply have a lot of awesome authors writing awesome content. At we simply try to build good tools to help them get their job done, writing, publishing & distributing better content faster !
