Hey Product Hunt community! 👋 I’m incredibly excited to share Girly Space with you all today. THE INSPIRATION & PROBLEM The idea for this project actually hit me a few months ago while looking at how chaotic, loud, and hyper-competitive social applications have become for girls and young women. Most modern platforms are built around endless scrolling, public metrics, comparison, and aggressive data tracking. I wanted to build an absolute counter-culture to that; a quiet, beautifully designed digital sanctuary where users could unwind, learn, and grow entirely for themselves, free from the pressure of likes, views, or public judgment. - > HOW THE APPROACH EVOLVED & THE TECH When I first started sketching out this project, it was actually envisioned as a couple of separate, small utility apps. But as development progressed, I realized that forcing users to bounce between five different tools for reading, gaming, hobbies, flow tracking and general wellness completely defeated the point of a "peaceful space." So, our approach completely shifted. We decided to build a unified, cohesive super app where all these pieces fit together under a wholesome, internal reward loop. The coolest part of the journey? The entire app was vibe-coded using Lovable. As a creator, pushing Lovable to its absolute limits to engineer a complex, feature-rich ecosystem that's complete with an interactive flow tracker, mini-games, a localized database for reading challenges, and an offline AI friend; was an incredible coding experiment. Trying to fit all of this into a local-first, offline app without crushing a device's battery was a massive challenge, but it was the only way to guarantee absolute privacy and zero tracking for our users. ->THE RESULT What we have today is a private, offline world divided into three interactive zones: • The Play Zone: Mini-games and mood-based creative hobby projects where users earn internal coins. • The Growth Zone: A cozy digital library with reading challenges and LMS feature with micro-learning quizzes that reward users with personalized aesthetic certificates. • The Support Zone: Daily affirmations, a supportive AI friend, and secure link to anonymous expert help. We are completely bootstrapped and deeply passionate about carving out a safer, calmer corner of the internet. I would absolutely love to hear your thoughts, feedback, and questions. For the developers out there, what are your thoughts on pushing the boundaries of vibe-coding for local-first super apps? And how do you feel about the balance between a play-to-earn internal economy and a completely offline wellness space? Thank you so much for exploring Girly Space today! I’ll be right here in the comments all day to chat. – Eniola A.
