Hello Ghost team! Did I understand correctly that Ghost is a paid product, even if I will install it on my own server?

I'm a pretty loyal Wordpress user, but Ghost is super light and fast, also it was relatively simple to get setup on AWS.

Ghost is really easy to use and builds beautiful pages that are simple to deploy. There are new features deployed that make the process more efficient and allow us to focus on the content and build our community. The order pages can be improved a bit to allow more info but overall Ghost is IT!
