Hello! I'm Adam, the maker of Wayfind. This started with a family trip that almost didn't happen. We had a big vacation half-planned across a huge group chat, everyone said "maybe," and by the time anyone committed the house was booked. I was tired of being the one nagging everyone. So I built GetWayfind around one idea: every activity has a minimum headcount and confirms itself the moment enough people commit. No more guessing whether the boat day, cruise excursion, or team dinner is actually on. One tap RSVPs a whole household (our kids don't need accounts), and the trip can split into subgroups, so the golfers and the beach crew each do their own thing without a group-wide vote. The app also let's attendees suggest "activities" that automatically solidify when there is enough interest. This crowdsources the planning part and lets everyone contribute without the organizer needing to project manage everything themselves. Event pages are private and only shared with invited guests.
