Slash - A productivity machine that forces you to do tasks 1-by-1

Slash is a new type of to do app that actually helps you get things done VS just make lists. Add your tasks, hit 'Start' to enter hyper focus mode, and never leave flow-state. Level up with Pomodoros, Eisenhower Matrix sorting, time-based tasks + more.

Looks great to start with. Like the options you offer. One thing I'm missing so far is the ability to quickly move things up and down a list. Command+shift+up/down is fairly common for this in other apps and would be really useful (for me, at least).
Great suggestion. So if you click to select a task and hit the shortcut, it would then move the task up/down one spot?
exactly. really liking it so far, great product
Very useful and always fun to see yet another good take on this field!
Awesome! How can I try it? Looks very useful) Congratulations!
Just follow the link here, it enables download, invitation code is optional :)
Awesome work on it!! The only thing is that when you pause a task and then you start again, it starts the timer again instead of continuing from the time I paused it
Hmm that shouldn't happen. Will look into it!
In the field that says "add a task and hit enter" nothing happens when I hit enter. This app is making me feel really stupid today.
Hmm that's not good! Did you end up getting it work? Maybe restart the app?
currently getting "Internal Server Error" on signup.
We just checked and can't reproduce this one, where did the error show for you? Was it on the sign up form after submitting? Can you try again to see if it produces the same results? Thanks!
tried again now and It worked!! 🙌🏽Thanks
amazing, thanks for following up! Do let us know if anything else crops up :)
I had the same issue. Got a "mm, it looks like you are offiline" when I was online. If I clicked the signup button again y showed a very weird html like error text
Just a suggestion, to add in the Google Play link as well to this product listing, I had to look for it on the site, just a small barrier to entry to Mac desktop users who use Android as their mobile OS. Looks like this fulfils one of my biggest issues with Notion and other task managers!
Hey Anton! Thanks for the suggestion. We thought about this and decided not to because people need to sign up via the Desktop app. The mobile apps are very simplified companion apps with much less functionality.
very cool , I love it Much like . You got inspired ?
I haven't seen that one! Love the simplicity of it. I still think the average user needs buttons and a full UI rather than markdown-style inputs.
In-depth productivity stats 🤦‍♀️
Ha, I get your skepticism. I actually find the stats to be pretty useful, and they give stats that almost no other app can give. Like your most productive days / hours, which projects you spend the most time on, etc. If you have ideas for other things we can track, let us know! Also, we're excited by allowing you to compare yourself to the broader community to see how productive you are compared to your peers :)
Great job, looking forward to getting more done with it!
