@yuvalhaimovits ideally the difference should be reduced latency. Not sure about where you are but using a VPN in Japan slots everything considerably, and we've got stellar Internet speeds here to start.

I've been using Getflix for over a year now and it's been brilliant. Unlike the free browser extensions, you can set this up at the router so all devices get the benefit in one hit. Good speeds too.

A big downside to using VPNs - slow download speed. Wondering how Getflix handles this problem? Also, does your logo resemble that of Popcorn Time on purpose?
@ramtorn I've never had problems using unblock-us.com in Japan for Netflix USA.
Luckily, Netflix just released in Japan, although without House of Cards Season 3… (Need the subtitles for my wife)

A great service. Lot of smart DNS servers located all over the world to ensure best latency possible.
In addition, you get a free VPN account with reasonable speed (so you can stream on your cellular network as well).
