As the title suggests, I want to discuss strategies that SaaS companies have implemented or hope to implement on converting their free users into a free trial, and hopefully a paid plan. What have your most successful campaigns been vs some of your worst to get these conversions? Hearing the details of both successful & non-successful campaigns could hopefully streamline the process for other startups and help increase paid users!

Either it s a fight to the death approach exactly like what we see between Replit and Lovable (though it seems Replit does more of the provoking ) basically: We speak badly about our competition.
Let's explore the year's essence together by exchanging our thoughts about #2023InOneWord! Mine: Momentum To achieve great things, maintaining positive momentum is a must!
Hi makers! I'm Tiffany Pham, CEO and Founder of Mogul, I'm really excited to be here answering any questions you have about: community building, edtech and educational products, networking and career building products, organizing conferences, supporting the career and leadership development of millennials and Gen-Z, empowerment and especially female empowerment. I'm also excited to announce that on 21 September we're holding our Mogul X conference in New York City [https://onmogul.com/mogulx]. Last year we had attendees come from over 100 cities and seven countries. It's all about what young professionals need to level up in the career game and reach their goals.
The Product hunt community is amazing, and I know there's lots of knowledge to share. I want to make the forums the most vibrant forums for product builders on the internet! To that end we've re-designed forums, defined sub-forums, and introduced product-specific forums, and we've drafted new guidelines to keep the discussions vibrant, authentic, and genuinely useful. The new guidelines are here - https://help.producthunt.com/en/... - you can read them in full, but here's my summary: When posting a new forum thread, ask yourself:
1) Is this a genuine question I have that I want the community to answer? 2) Is this an insight that will be helpful to other builders and product geeks?
Imagine that you are about to join a startup (before raising funds) as a part-time employee. You are paid for work (compensation is like in any existing, well-established company in the industry, but you do not have regular employee benefits covering 401 plan, no equity, no health care plan, HO equipment fee, etc.)
You hope that after raising funds, you will become a full-time employee and receive benefits.
