Whats the worst marketing mistake you ever made?

For me it is landing page graphics put up everyone says "looks like they were made in MS Paint in 10 sec". And in addition to that, those graphics were up for months as I quit asking feedback requests on Indie Hackers. Oh, and I spent money promoting the landing page on Google Ads and thousands of people probably saw it.
