What Was Your Biggest Achievement of 2025?

Hi PH fam,

As 2025 comes to a close, it’s time to pause and reflect.

Every journey has its milestones. Some loud, some quiet. Some planned, some unexpected.

What was your biggest achievement of 2025?

It could be a goal you finally reached, a habit you built, a fear you overcame, or simply not giving up when things got tough.

Share your win in the comments.

Let’s celebrate progress, not perfection.

I would say .... still breathing and having hope and confidence to enter 2026 itself~🪄

Pradeep Malakar

@indu_thangamuthu Absolutely! Sometimes the biggest achievement is simply carrying hope. Best of luck.

What’s one thing you’re hoping to carry from 2025 into 2026?

For me, it was finally biting the bullet and building my own product, DeepEnrich. I spent years in sales tech realizing how broken data enrichment was, so deciding to fix it myself was a huge leap. We're launching in Jan! 🚀 What about yours?

Pradeep Malakar

@sumit_deepenrich Best of luck with your upcoming launch. Could you tell me how exactly you are fixing broken data enrichment?

Sumit Singh

@pradeepmalakar Thanks Pradeep! The biggest fix is moving away from static databases. We use waterfall enrichment that queries 15+ premium sources in real-time. Basically, instead of relying on one list that might be 6 months old, we cross-verify across multiple live sources instantly. It jumps our match rate from the industry standard ~60% to over 90%. also we use naam.ai to verify numbers as well its our another product which is similar to truecaller

@sumit_deepenrich This year’s work has been really tough, you know — things are super competitive. But when I looked back at the end of the year, I realized that somehow I actually took part in quite a few big strategic projects with other companies. Whether they succeed or not isn’t the main thing — what really matters is how much I’ve broadened my horizons!

Sumit Singh

@underboss That's such a great perspective, Dennis. It's easy to get tunnel vision on just "winning" or "shipping," but those strategic projects are where the real learning creates leverage for the future. Broadening horizons > burning out! 👏

Pradeep Malakar

@underboss That’s a solid perspective! Are you planning to build something of your own in 2026, or continue on projects with other companies?

Bekjon Ibragimov

How did you manage to post this thread ? 😅
Mines are always getting rejected :)

As for the biggest achievement of 2025, I'd say it's getting serious about launching an actual app (currently at closed testing stage before being able to go live)

Pradeep Malakar

@bekjon_ibragimov It usually depends on your recent activity. Doing things like multiple upvotes, self-promotion, or multiple actions in a short period can flag all your next actions as risky, then even genuine ones will be marked as rejected or less valued.

Speaking of your achievement, no worries, we’re all figuring it out. I’d say getting serious is already a win. Best of luck for your upcoming launch!

How’s the app testing going so far?

Bekjon Ibragimov

@pradeepmalakar Thanks for the advice. So far It's going a bit slow, need to find 12 testers before I can launch it on play store, but I'm getting there

For me, the biggest achievement was choosing consistency over intensity.

Showing up even when momentum was low, making progress without perfect conditions, and finishing things instead of just starting them. Professionally, that meant pushing ideas from concept to real execution — from 2025 X-Design to Cutout.Designkit launching in December 2025. Personally, it meant taking better care of my health and energy, not just my output.

Not the loudest win — but one that’s already compounding. And we’ll find our way to success.

Pradeep Malakar

@tony_hsieh2 That’s a powerful reflection. Any plans to launch something new or upgrade Designkit in the new year?
