What’s your personal north star as a builder?
by•
Not your TAM, not your user personas — but why do you build, and why this? What keeps you here when nothing’s working, and when no one’s watching?
What moves you?
For me, it’s because I’ve been in the shoes of the people I’m building for: I know the pain firsthand, and I’m genuinely passionate about fixing this issue and enabling the rest of the world with my market education app. But naturally, it’s also the scale of the idea itself that drives me and wakes me up in the morning. Knowing how big it could get lights something in me that’s hard to ignore. So I guess, in the end, it’s also ambition.
Curious what yours is!

Love this question. At Growstack, our north star is simple: give builders their time back. We build because we’ve felt the chaos of fragmented tools and slow billing workflows — and we’re obsessed with turning that pain into flow.
